Council's New Ordinance

01/12/2010	New City Article to Circumvent Issue 300
The council wants to "re-interpret" issue 300 to mean NOTHING and save the citizens NO money. The phrase "all enterprise payments to the city shall phase out..." will be re-interpreted to mean "NO enterprise payments to the city shall phase out" because "payments" will be rewritten to mean "gifts" only. Citizens will be cheated out of millions in tax relief. It is outrageous!
